UNDERSEALING

 

Especially useful for industrial and warehouse applications, where heavy loaded traffic causes movement at the control joints of the concrete slabs. If ignored, this condition may cause severe cracking and breaking of the concrete floors leading to expensive repairs and "down time" of traffic areas (while new concrete cures).

X-Tech can repair these conditions using a pressure grouting technology known as “Undersealing”.  This is performed by injecting high strength grouts beneath the slab and joints, filling the voids and stabilizing the slabs.
