Helical Piering
When your home or commercial structure is resting on unstable soil, there are many ways of remedying this, and helical piering is one of the most effective remedies for foundation failure.
“Helical piering” is the process of inserting helix-like screws into the ground below the unstable soil, and then attaching these screws to the base of your structure, so that it’s movement is restricted. Specifically, the helical piers are driven into the earth until the necessary load capacity for the structure is achieved. Brackets are then fastened to the base of the foundation walls, which transfers the weight of the building to the helical piers.
From a small home to a large commercial building, Extreme Technologys offers state-of-the-art helical pier systems to combat a variety foundation failure issues in Atlanta.
